High-speed trains stop in Baku - What's happening?

A crowd of passengers has formed at the Baku railway station.

This was reported to BAKU.WS by passengers. It is also reported that all railway trains got stuck en route. According to eyewitnesses, voltage issues occurred on the power lines.

In response to APA's inquiry, the press service of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY) reported that the cause was a technical malfunction in the Baku-Sumgayit-Pirshagi train.

"A technical malfunction occurred in one of the trains running on the Baku-Pirshagi-Sumgayit route.

When one train stops during rush hour, it affects the movement of other trains," the statement says.
