Did a school principal beat a student in Khirdalan?

Khirdalan resident Ramin Agayev claims that the school principal beat his child.
As Qafqazinfo reports, Ramin's son studies in the 5D class of the city's secondary school No. 1.
According to the man, on December 18, the director of the educational institution, Arifa Balakishiyeva, raised her hand against the schoolboy.
"I contacted the police, the education department, and the prosecutor's office about this. After contacting law enforcement, Arifa khanum sent four people who threatened me, demanding that I withdraw the complaint, otherwise they would kill me. There are audio recordings confirming this. The Absheron-Khyzy Regional Education Department reports that an investigation was conducted on this issue and there was no such incident. Then I found out that the head of the education department, Ilhama khanum, is the director's cousin."
R. Agayev, who says his child is now studying at the same school, complains that after the incident, teachers are lowering the child's grades:
"I didn't want to take my child out of school, he's used to his classmates. After that incident, my son was traumatized. Now teachers are putting pressure on him, lowering his grades because he told us about what happened."
According to the information, during the investigation conducted by the Absheron District Prosecutor's Office in connection with the appeal, no evidence of a crime was established in the collected materials, in connection with which, in accordance with Article 39.1.1 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the initiation of a criminal case was refused.
