29-year-old woman detained with large batch of drugs in Azerbaijan

A large batch of narcotic substances was seized in the Absheron district.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Saray police department of the Absheron district police department conducted an operation against illegal drug trafficking.

During the operation, more than 3 kilograms of marijuana were found on the detained 29-year-old Arzu Bayramova. In her testimony, the suspect said that she met an Iranian citizen through social networks who promised her a large monetary reward for delivering the narcotic substance to specified addresses.

A criminal case has been initiated on the fact.
