Some details of the beating of a driver by several people in the Binagadi district of Baku have become known.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Teleqraf, Elnur Miskarov became the victim of the incident.

According to available information, he is engaged in entrepreneurship, particularly in buying and selling phones. Sources claim that the fight occurred because E.Miskarov was bothering a certain woman on social media. Among the attackers was her husband - Natig Mustafakyamalov, as well as her brother - Azer Zahidli.

E.Miskarov, in a comment to Teleqraf, refused to elaborate on the incident. "Everything that was said about me is a lie. I did not bother any woman. I was beaten without reason, and the perpetrators were placed under house arrest. I disagree with the court's decision and demand they be taken into custody. My lawyer will answer all other questions," he stated.

In turn, the victim's lawyer, Khalig Huseynov, said that the conflict dates back to April-May 2023. According to him, E.Miskarov received a message on one of the social networks. This correspondence lasted for a month and a half, however, upon learning that the interlocutor was a woman, E.Miskarov stopped contacting her. Nevertheless, this woman continued to send him messages from different accounts.

"At the end of 2024, the accused contacted E.Miskarov, introducing themselves as businessmen, and invited him to a business meeting. And on February 5 of this year, they called the victim to a meeting in Masazir and beat him," the lawyer added.
