Yelo Bank expands its branch network

To provide faster and more convenient service to its customers, Yelo Bank has opened another digital branch. The new branch, located at 33B Sarajevo St. (near "Ahmedli" metro station), offers its customers a bright interior and modern banking solutions.

Like many other service points of the bank, the "Ahmedli" branch also operates according to a digital concept. Its main advantage over traditional branches is saving customers' time and a high level of convenience. Here, customers can quickly and completely online perform basic banking operations, such as card issuance, loan approval, and account opening.

The Deputy Chairman of the Bank's Board, Gunay Jalilova, shared her opinion about the new branch:

"Our main goal is to make banking services more accessible and convenient for everyone. The digital branch concept also allows us to provide faster, smarter, and more inclusive financial services. In addition to digitizing our core products, we are also optimizing branch service, making it faster and paperless. Both directions are closely interconnected and play an important role in increasing customer satisfaction. Core services such as loan processing, card issuance, and deposit account opening are provided completely online - "end-to-end." Like our other digital branches, the "Ahmedli" branch will operate in accordance with the everyday needs of the population and contribute to the development of digital solutions."

Additionally, Yelo Bank has already opened modern service points with a similar concept in several regions of the country. Customers can use digital banking in cities such as Aghjabadi, Khachmaz, Gabala, Masalli, Tovuz, and Shamakhi. Currently, the Yelo Bank network includes 22 branches in the capital and regions.
