WUF13 - in the spotlight of foreign media: the significance of the South Caucasus for Europe is growing

The report notes that in recent years, Europe's gas market has become more diversified and has turned into an interconnected system on a global level.

An article by Romanian economic journalist Bogdan Tudorache, prepared based on an analysis by MET Group, states that in the coming years Europe will increasingly rely on gas from Norway, North Africa, and Azerbaijan, as well as on liquefied natural gas imported predominantly from the USA.

According to company representatives, Europe's energy security will no longer depend on a single route or supply source. The analysis emphasizes that the future of Europe's gas market means closer connections between various sources and markets. The era of dependence on one main supply route has come to an end.
