The state visit of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to Uzbekistan begins.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Baku TV, top-level negotiations are planned in Tashkent, as well as the third session of the Supreme Interstate Council chaired by the leaders of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.

The summit agenda includes issues of further development and expansion of the strategic partnership and allied relations between the two states.

Following the negotiations, the signing of a number of important documents is planned, as well as the launch of economic and humanitarian projects.
