The President of the UAE called President Ilham Aliyev

On March 5, President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan called President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

As reported by AZERTAJ, the President of the United Arab Emirates condemned the attack by the Islamic Republic of Iran on the territory of Azerbaijan using unmanned aerial vehicles and wished a speedy recovery to those injured as a result of the incident.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan once again expressed gratitude for the support provided by the head of our state to the UAE during Iran's missile attacks on his country and the position condemning that attack.

The head of our state thanked Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan for the phone call.

President Ilham Aliyev once again condemned the missile and unmanned aerial vehicle attacks by the Islamic Republic of Iran on the UAE and emphasized that, as noted during the phone conversation with the President of the United Arab Emirates on February 28, our country stands alongside the UAE.

During the phone conversation, an exchange of views on issues of mutual interest also took place.
