The President of Rwanda paid tribute to the national leader Heydar Aliyev
The President of the Republic of Rwanda, Paul Kagame, who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan, visited the Alley of Honor on September 20, where he paid tribute to the memory of the national leader of our people, architect and founder of the modern independent Azerbaijani state Heydar Aliyev, and laid a wreath at his grave.
As AZERTAJ reports, tribute was also paid to the memory of the outstanding ophthalmologist scientist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva, and flowers were laid on her grave.
In addition, tribute was paid to the memory of the prominent statesman and public figure Aziz Aliyev and the talented doctor Tamerlan Aliyev, and flowers were laid at their graves.
