President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan congratulated Azerbaijan.

As reported by BAKU.WS, he wrote this on his social media page on X.

"I sincerely congratulate you on the anniversary of the liberation of Azerbaijan's capital Baku from enemy occupation.

I respectfully remember the commander of the Caucasian Islamic Army Nuri Killigil Pasha and all our heroes, and convey my greetings and love to the brotherly Azerbaijani people," the publication says.
