President of Azerbaijan: Through regional cooperation, we support the creation of joint information platforms

Azerbaijan hosts a number of prestigious international media events, constantly putting forward important initiatives in this direction.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated in the address of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the participants of the D-8 media forum on the topic "Promoting dialogue, cooperation and regional solidarity".

"While aligning our national media strategy with international experience, we pay special attention to improving the professionalism of journalists, the dissemination of fact-based news, and the development of media literacy. At the same time, through regional cooperation, we support the creation of joint information platforms," emphasized the head of state.
