President of Azerbaijan: Our plans in the field of renewable energy sources are based on already signed contracts

We need to work together on the construction of power transmission lines - on laying an energy cable from Azerbaijan to Europe along the bottom of the Black Sea and another one from Central Asia to Azerbaijan.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev, speaking at the 12th Ministerial Meeting within the framework of the Southern Gas Corridor Advisory Council and the 4th Ministerial Meeting within the framework of the Green Energy Advisory Council.

"When all these projects are implemented, we will see that they will become very sustainable and, I would say, vital for the energy corridor of many countries. Our plans in the field of renewable energy sources are based on already signed contracts," the head of state noted.
