President Ilham Aliyev highly appreciated Serbian-Azerbaijani friendship

I believe that the results of my official visit will not be long in coming.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in Belgrade, making statements to the press jointly with President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić.

"We will have new meetings in the near future. I invited President Vučić and members of the Serbian delegation to Azerbaijan. I am confident that this year we will meet several more times - both in Azerbaijan and, perhaps, I will come to Serbia again. Because, I am sure, the Azerbaijani delegation feels at home here. I have been to Serbia many times and I see with my own eyes the development taking place in this country under the leadership of President Vučić. Therefore, I would like to once again warmly congratulate our Serbian friends and join President Vučić's slogan: Long live Serbia! Long live Azerbaijan! Long live Serbian-Azerbaijani friendship!" - the head of state noted.
