In the social service institution for elderly people, a New Year's celebration dinner was arranged

In the social service institution for the elderly of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, a festive celebration was organized on the occasion of December 31 - the Day of Solidarity of Azerbaijanis of the World and the New Year.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the event was attended by the Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva and the head of the Baku Media Center Arzu Aliyeva.

Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva met with residents of the social service institution, warmly conversed with them at the festive table. The elderly noted that our country always takes care of the older generation, solves their problems, and expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and the first lady, president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva for the conditions created for them here.

An artistic program was also presented as part of the festive program. The elderly performed musical numbers, read poems, and presented a short play.

Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva congratulated the elderly on the New Year and wished them good health.

During the visit, they also familiarized themselves with the conditions created for the elderly in the social service institution.

At the conclusion of the event, holiday gifts were presented to the residents of the social service institution.
