As reported by BAKU.WS, President Ilham Aliyev stated this at a meeting dedicated to the unified action plan titled "New Digital Architecture of Azerbaijan".

Emphasizing that the Charter has already been published in print, the head of state said: "Everyone can familiarize themselves with what it (the Charter - ed.) includes, including data centers, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and close ties with American companies in this field. That is, this is also our advantage".
