Hikmet Hajiyev: The Zangezur Corridor Creates Favorable Opportunities for the Caspian Region and the Balkans
Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev shared a publication on social network X dedicated to Azerbaijani-Serbian relations.
"Azerbaijan and Serbia, being strategic partners and developing middle powers, also play an important role in interregional cooperation - Azerbaijan is located in the South Caucasus, in the broader Caspian region, and Serbia is in the Balkans.
The Zangezur corridor/TRIPP initiative creates favorable opportunities for strengthening ties between the Greater Caspian region/Central Asia and the Balkans," noted the Presidential Assistant, emphasizing that the publication features a photograph of Belgrade.
Azerbaijan and Serbia, as strategic partners and emerging middle powers, play also an important role in interregional cooperation — Azerbaijan located respectively in the South Caucasus/wider Caspian region and Serbia in the Balkans.
