Haber Global: Ilham Aliyev visited the Iranian Embassy in Baku
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited the Embassy of Iran in Baku. The head of state expressed condolences over the death of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated in a report by Haber Global.
It is noted that the Ambassador of the IRI in Baku, Mojtaba Damirchilu, welcomed the head of state.
"The President of Azerbaijan left heartfelt words in the book of condolences. Ilham Aliyev noted that he will always remember with the most pleasant impressions his meetings with Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, which took place during his visits to Iran," the TV channel's report states.
