"Great Legacy": Baku TV released a documentary about the life and legacy of Heydar Aliyev
Baku TV has prepared a documentary film Böyük iz ("The Great Legacy"), dedicated to the life of national leader Heydar Aliyev, his path of statesmanship, and his historical role in the destiny of the Azerbaijani people.
The film highlights his visionary politics, devotion to the people, sincerity, ability to communicate with people, and statesmanlike thinking.
The documentary also addresses such important moments as the concern of Armenian nationalists over the growing political influence of Heydar Aliyev, the beginning of the Karabakh events after his departure from the political arena, as well as how Azerbaijan maintained stability during difficult periods and defended its independence.
