Documents signed between Azerbaijan and Vietnam were exchanged

On May 7, with the participation of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam, a ceremony of exchange of documents signed between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam took place.

As reported by AZERTAG, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam To Lam adopted the "Joint Statement on the Establishment of Strategic Partnership between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam".

The "Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on Cooperation in the Energy Sector" was exchanged by the Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov and the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam Nguyen Hoang Long.

The "Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of National Defense of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on Cooperation in the Defense Sector" was exchanged by the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan Zakir Hasanov and the Minister of National Defense of Vietnam Phan Van Giang.

The "Program of Cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Justice of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for 2025-2027" was exchanged by the Minister of Justice of Azerbaijan Farid Ahmadov and the Minister of Justice of Vietnam Nguyen Hai Ninh.

The "Memorandum of Understanding between the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and the Vietnam National Industrial and Energy Group (PetroVietnam)" was exchanged by the Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PetroVietnam Le Manh Hung.

The "Memorandum of Understanding between SOCAR Trading Singapore PTE LTD and Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical JSC" was exchanged by the Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Binh Son Refining Bui Ngoc Duong.

The "Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the Field of Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Development" was exchanged by the Minister of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan Rashad Nabiyev and the Minister of Science and Technology of Vietnam Nguyen Manh Hung.

The "Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on Cooperation in the Field of Culture" was exchanged by the Minister of Culture of Azerbaijan Adil Karimli and the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam Nguyen Van Hung.

During the visit, the "Memorandum of Understanding between the National Archive Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Department of Records Management and Archives of Vietnam on Cooperation in the Field of Archival Affairs", the "Agreement on Cooperation between the Azerbaijan State News Agency and the Vietnam News Agency" and the "Memorandum of Understanding between the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (KOBIA) and the National Entrepreneurship Association of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (VINEN) on the Establishment of a Joint Business Council" were also signed.
