Bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Russia were discussed

The head of Azerbaijan's foreign policy department Jeyhun Bayramov received the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Alexander Grushko, as well as the heads of Russian diplomatic missions accredited in European countries.

As reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, various aspects of Azerbaijani-Russian relations were discussed during the meeting - political, economic, trade, humanitarian and others.

The parties also touched upon issues of regional and international security of mutual interest, as well as the situation in the region in the post-conflict period.

J.Bayramov emphasized the importance of active mutual visits and contacts for the development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Russia.

The meeting participants thanked for the reception and asked questions of interest to them regarding the foreign policy of our country.
