As reported by AZERTAC, the message reads:
"Dear Mr. President, dear friend.
I congratulate you and the people of Azerbaijan on Independence Day. I am grateful for our true friendship, which grows stronger over the years, and for the ties between our peoples. I greatly appreciate your efforts contributing to regional stability, playing an important role in advancing peace and bringing us closer to achieving our common goals, as well as your resolute stance in the fight against extremism.
I am especially grateful to you for your country's unwavering support of Israel, for the solidarity you demonstrated after the heinous Hamas attack on October 7, as well as for your fight against regional threats. This confirms the trust and respect upon which the true partnership between our governments and peoples is built.
I look forward to the further expansion of our bilateral relations and cooperation in various areas, including artificial intelligence, aviation, tourism, academic spheres, as well as holding the next session of the Joint Commission.
I wish you, your family, and the people of Azerbaijan even greater prosperity and success."
