Acting Deputy US Ambassador Visited the Border of Azerbaijan with Iran

Acting Deputy Ambassador of the United States to Azerbaijan Mark Hernandez and a group of American embassy staff visited the Astara border checkpoint located on the border of Azerbaijan with Iran today.
This was reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the embassy's publication on the social network X.
It is noted that the US Embassy highly appreciated Azerbaijan's support in providing assistance to US citizens entering the country.
"The safety of Americans and their secure entry into the country remain our highest priority," the information states.
