Neighbors revealed horrifying facts about a child tortured by his father

One of the minors who became a victim of parental abuse in Agdam was transported to Baku.

The Republican Neurosurgical Hospital stated that the child underwent surgery. Currently, he is in intensive care, and his treatment continues with the use of a mechanical ventilator.

Family neighbors told Baku TV details of the incident.

"The child was beaten at night. They slapped him, abused him, even bathed him in cold water. I saw all this with my own eyes," noted one of them.
