ATTENTION! WhatsApp will stop working on these phones

One of the world's most popular messengers WhatsApp has announced the end of support for outdated phone models.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to foreign media, from May 1, 2025, WhatsApp will only support iOS 15.1 and newer versions. In addition, the application will stop working on some Samsung models.

Meta company cited performance issues, security risks, and deteriorating user experience as the main reasons for this decision.

Some devices on which WhatsApp will discontinue support:

Apple: iPhone 5, iPhone 5C, iPhone 6 series

Samsung: Galaxy Ace Plus, Galaxy Note 3 series, Galaxy S4 Mini

Users of these models will not be able to use WhatsApp.
