SOCAR made the 18th coupon payment on bonds

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has made the 18th coupon payment on $100 million bonds issued on November 1, 2021.

As reported by SOCAR Capital, today $1.125 million was transferred to bondholders' accounts as part of the 18th coupon payment.

Following the 18th payment, the cumulative investor income has reached $20.25 million, and by the end of the circulation period, the total income will amount to $22.5 million.

As a reminder, on November 1, 2021, an auction was held on the Baku Stock Exchange for the placement of SOCAR's interest-bearing, unsecured, book-entry registered bonds with state registration number AZ2002019894 in the amount of $100 million with a maturity period of 5 years.

The coupon rate is 4.5%, with interest payments made quarterly at $1.125 million. The issuance is divided into 100 thousand bonds with a face value of $1 thousand per security.
