SOCAR made the 16th interest payment to bondholders for $100 million

Azerbaijan State Oil Company SOCAR made the 16th coupon payment on $100 million bonds issued on November 1, 2021.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to SOCAR Capital, the payment was made in accordance with the terms of the issue prospectus.

Recall that on November 1, 2021, an auction was held at the Baku Stock Exchange for the placement of interest-bearing, unsecured, book-entry registered bonds of SOCAR with the state registration number AZ2002019894 in the amount of $100 million and a circulation period of 5 years.

The coupon rate is 4.5%, interest payments are made quarterly - $1.125 million. The issue is divided into 100 thousand bonds with a nominal value of $1 thousand per security.
