The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and the Chinese company China National Chemical Engineering & Construction Corporation Seven LTD (CNCEC) have signed a Framework Agreement.
As Report informs, the exchange of documents took place with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev and CNCEC Chairman Mo Dingqi.
The agreement provides for the implementation of joint projects in Azerbaijan and third countries.
