Ramil Jahangirov: Master plans for the liberated cities and districts are being implemented in stages
Master plans for liberated cities and districts are being implemented in stages.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, this was stated by Ramil Jahangirov, Head of the Project Management Department for Liberated Territories at the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture, during a session within the framework of WUF13.
He noted that the settlements and houses currently presented are the first stages of these projects:
"To ensure the phased approach, close cooperation is maintained with demining organizations: first the territory is cleared, then construction work begins. Moreover, it is not only about clearing the settlements themselves. These territories must also be connected by infrastructure lines. The routes for laying electricity, water, gas, communication, and internet lines must also be completely free from the mine threat. This requires ANAMA to carry out coordinated activities not only with urban planning authorities but also with utility service providers. As a result, although the process is more complex, it is carried out in a more systematic and organized manner."
