Minister of Energy of Syria expressed gratitude to Azerbaijan for gas project

Azerbaijan provided support for the development and restoration of Syria through this gas export project.

As Report informs, this was stated by the Minister of Energy of Syria Mohammed Al-Bashir at the ceremony launching the Kilis - Aleppo border pipeline, which will ensure the transportation of Azerbaijani gas to Syria through Turkey.

"I thank Azerbaijan and Turkey for the support provided in improving the welfare and restoration of Syria, which has been suffering from years of war," he said.
