Azerbaijan allocated nearly 2 billion manats for the development of Karabakh and East Zangezur over 9 months

In January-September of the current year, Azerbaijan allocated 1 billion 761.4 million manats for the restoration and reconstruction of the liberated territories (Karabakh and East Zangezur).

This was reported by the Ministry of Finance.

According to the information, 891.8 million manats of these funds were allocated for the construction and reconstruction of water supply, irrigation, heating, transport and communal infrastructure facilities, 692.5 million manats for the financing of social projects in the fields of education, healthcare and culture, and 177.1 million manats for the construction and repair of defense, law enforcement and other facilities.
