The price of the December 2025 gold futures on the Comex exchange (part of the New York Mercantile Exchange) reached a new historical record, exceeding the mark of $3,700 per troy ounce.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to trading platform data, as of 17:27 Baku time, the price of the precious metal was $3,701.7 per ounce (+0.43%).
Just a few minutes later, by 17:32, the quotes accelerated their growth and gold was trading at $3,702.8 per troy ounce (+0.46%).
