Revenues and expenditures of the state budget of Azerbaijan for 2026 have been increased by 186 and 155 million manats respectively compared to the initial version.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, this is reflected in the "Medium-Term Budget Framework for 2026-2029" published by the Ministry of Finance.

According to the document, next year's budget revenues are expected to amount to 38 billion 609 million manats (0.7% more than the approved forecast for 2025), and expenditures - 41 billion 703.6 million manats (+0.7%).

As a result, a deficit of 3 billion 94.6 million manats should be formed in the state budget, which is 1.4% more compared to the previous year.

It is expected that in 2026, the revenues of Azerbaijan's consolidated budget will be 144.1 million manats more compared to the initial version - 44 billion 969.4 million manats, and expenditures - 156.2 million manats more - 48 billion 839.3 million manats.

This is 2.3% and 2.5% respectively more than the approved forecasts for 2025.

As a result, the consolidated budget should have a deficit of 3 billion 869.3 million manats, which is 5.2% more than the previous year's figure.
