Azerbaijan and Qatar expand cooperation

Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov met with the President and CEO of Power International Holding of Qatar, Ramez Al-Hayat, during his visit to Qatar.

The head of the economic department announced this on his account on the social network X.

"We emphasized the special importance of implementing mutually beneficial initiatives in the economic sphere. We considered opportunities to expand cooperation with the company in the energy sector and implement joint projects," the publication notes.

We should add that earlier the minister also held a meeting with the CEO of the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), Mohammed Saif al-Suwaidi.
