In the recording, Kadyrov appears significantly thinner. He arrived at a construction site in Grozny and personally inspected the progress of construction. He was accompanied on the trip by one of his sons - Akhmat.

Earlier, rumors spread online about Ramzan Kadyrov being rescued on a beach in Turkey. Shortly after this, the head of Chechnya published a video in which he is pedaling on an exercise bike. Kadyrov accompanied the video with a caption suggesting that he needs a break from serious physical exertion. He did not specify exactly what this is related to.
