Single father beat cancer and won 1 million in the lottery

In England, a single father beat cancer and won 1 million pounds (about 2.2 million manats - ed.) in the lottery.
As reported by BAKU.WS, Metro writes about this.
For a long time, Paul Harvey, a 51-year-old single father from Norfolk, lived under stress, trying to be a support for his children despite his own poor health and financial difficulties. The win, according to him, changed everything.
"This is not just money. It's a chance to start a new chapter, to build a stable and happy life for the three of us," he says.
Paul learned about his luck only a week after the draw. First, he checked the ticket and saw that he had won only 5 pounds. Only after a few days, having received an unexpected letter from the National Lottery, did he begin to suspect that something bigger had happened. At first, he thought it was a scam, but after checking the numbers and contact details, he realized: he had indeed become a millionaire.
For the Harvey family, the prize is not just wealth, but an opportunity to fulfill dreams they couldn't afford to dream about before. For the first time in their lives, they are planning a family vacation abroad - in Greece. Paul, who lived in Cyprus for 12 years, speaks Greek fluently and dreams of showing off to his children.
"I want to show them the sea, the culture, the taste of the food. And, of course, speak Greek," the lucky winner shared his plans.
In addition to the vacation, Paul wants to buy his daughter a used car so she can start learning to drive.
