MMA fighter Jabrail Aliev sentenced to 4 years in prison for beating a girl in Moscow

Professional fighter Jabrail Aliev sentenced to 4 years and 1 month in prison for beating a girl and death threats.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to TASS, this was announced by the press service of the Moscow prosecutor's office.
"Jabrail Aliev was convicted of hooliganism and death threats against a girl (paragraph "a" part 1 of article 213 and article 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). [...] The punishment is 4 years and 1 month in a general regime correctional colony." - the message says. Also, 500 thousand rubles (more than 10 thousand manats - ed.) was collected from him in favor of the victim as compensation for moral damage.
It was established that on July 27 last year, Aliev, on the stairs between the 4th and 5th floors of a building on Bersenevskaya Embankment, pushed a girl with both hands for no reason, causing her to hit the wall. Then he delivered at least two blows with his hands to her head, as well as at least ten blows to her arms. Then, in the service room of the same building, Aliev threatened the victim with murder.
According to information from open sources, Aliev is a professional athlete, an MMA fighter, who participated in tournaments of the Hardcore Fighting organization, which specializes in fist fights.
