Kadyrov's daughter received a certificate from Putin

Daughter of the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, Khadizhat, was awarded an honorary diploma from Russian President Vladimir Putin. The head of the republic wrote about this on his Telegram channel.
He explained that the girl received the award "for active participation in the preparation and conduct of socially significant events." According to Kadyrov, despite her young age, Khadizhat was the head of the Department of Preschool Education of the Grozny Mayor's Office and the first deputy head of the administration of the head and government of Chechnya for interaction with the social sector. The official noted his daughter's high professionalism, energy, dedication to the cause, and her desire to develop.
Khadizhat is the second daughter of the head of the republic. She was born on January 17, 2000. From an early age, the girl demonstrated diligence in her studies and was actively engaged in creative activities: she wrote poetry, sang, at the age of 13 she became a hafiz, meaning she memorized the Quran by heart, and at 16 she received the title of "Best Student of the Chechen Republic."
In December 2020, Khadizhat became the head of the Department of Preschool Education in Grozny. Before that, she was a kindergarten administrator. In February 2024, the young woman was appointed to the position of first deputy head of the administration of the head and government of the republic for interaction with the social sector. Khadizhat's husband is Adam Alkhanov, the son of Ruslan Alkhanov, the former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Chechnya. In 2020, the couple had a daughter.
