In Paris, criminals attempted to rob a Chanel boutique
A group of four people on scooters attempted to rob a Chanel boutique in a prestigious area of Paris by ramming the store window. The incident occurred early in the morning on Boulevard Montaigne.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the LCI TV channel.
According to the TV channel, the perpetrators crashed into the boutique window several times, trying to break in. At least one of them had a firearm. The store security guard was injured and hospitalized.
"During the robbery attempt, a security officer was injured," confirmed Chanel company representatives.
Despite the brand representatives' statement about the absence of material damage, video recordings from the scene show serious damage to the storefront. The boutique is temporarily closed to visitors.
