Actress Catherine Zeta-Jones shared rare photos from her wedding to Michael Douglas.

As BAKU.WS reports with reference to Gazeta.ru, on Instagram she showed how her father walked her down the aisle, and congratulated her husband on their anniversary, openly expressing her love for him.

"Exactly 25 years ago, I walked down the aisle. The intoxicating scent of flowers, the flickering of candles, the resonant Welsh choir, and you at the end of that long path, waiting for me, looking at me in a way that only you can. I love you today as much as I loved you then. Thank you, darling," wrote the actress.

The couple met in 1998 at a film festival. Their romance quickly developed into a serious relationship, and two years later they officially married. In interviews, the artists noted that they had gone through many trials together, but were able to preserve their marriage. In 2013, Zeta-Jones underwent treatment at a psychiatric clinic for bipolar disorder. During this time, the couple decided to live separately, but a year later, the producer reassured fans by stating that they had managed to restore their relationship, despite rumors of multi-million dollar lawsuits over property division. According to the couple, crises only strengthened their belief in love and made them rethink many things.

The couple has two children: 25-year-old son Dylan and 22-year-old daughter Carys, both graduates of the prestigious Brown University in the USA.
