At the airport, a woman with stomach pain was found to have 74 packets of cocaine

In Japan, police found 74 packages of cocaine inside a woman who complained of abdominal pain.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to foreign media, at Kansai Airport in Osaka, Japanese border service detained a foreign woman who was trying to illegally import cocaine into the country.
The detainee turned out to be a 35-year-old Brazilian citizen named Jessica Ramos de Souza.
While passing through customs control, the woman's obvious anxiety aroused suspicion among the staff. They decided to conduct an additional check. During the inspection, 13 packages of cocaine were found in a sock hidden in the woman's underwear.
A few minutes after being detained, Souza began complaining of severe stomach pain. Doctors sent the Brazilian woman for an X-ray and discovered another 74 packages of cocaine in her stomach.
The total weight of the seized narcotics was 675.5 grams. Jessica was arrested on charges of violating Japan's Drug Control Act. She admitted her guilt, but claimed that she did not intend to sell the cocaine.
