Two drinks that save the liver have been named

Scientists have named two beverages, the regular consumption of which helps protect the liver and reduces the risk of liver diseases.
According to research, coffee and green tea have a pronounced positive effect on this vital organ.
Coffee contains antioxidants and biologically active compounds that help reduce liver enzyme levels, decrease inflammation, and prevent the development of fatty liver disease. Studies show that people who regularly consume coffee have a reduced risk of cirrhosis and other chronic liver diseases.
Green tea, rich in polyphenols, promotes body detoxification, reduces oxidative stress, and maintains normal liver function. It also helps control liver fat levels and may prevent the development of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
Experts note that to achieve a positive effect, it is recommended to drink 2-3 cups of coffee or green tea per day, while avoiding excessive consumption of sugar and milk.
