When organizing a perfect date, it's important to consider the stage of the relationship - whether it's just beginning or has been going on for a long time. Psychologist Antonina Ermolova told kp.ru about this.

"If we're talking about a first date or romantic meetings in the early stages of a relationship, the main secret of success is sincerity. Often, getting acquainted turns into an exchange of social masks, so it's worth trying to go beyond them. To establish a real connection on a date, it's better to share personal, but not intimate details," the expert explained.

Earlier, a study by the Teamo dating service, which the newspaper "Izvestia" reviewed, showed that 21% of surveyed Russians have fled from a first date at least once, with most of them not regretting it.

If partners have been together for a long time, Ermolova advises focusing on shared experiences and choosing activities where you can demonstrate teamwork or learn something new. For those who want to diversify their relationship or bring back passion, the psychologist recommended finding joint tasks and light challenges.
