China Built the First Fitness Center for Dogs
China's first dog fitness center opens, reports South China Morning Post.
Shanghai will soon see the launch of the first specialized gym for dogs - Gogogym, which has already generated widespread interest among pet owners and on social media. This innovative center was created by Heal Petcare, a Singaporean brand specializing in animal healthcare. The fitness complex offers not only training but also a comprehensive approach to pet health. The center will include: a fitness area with treadmills for dogs, a spa and rehabilitation zone, a massage room, and a pet supply store.
According to the center's staff, the main goal of creating such an establishment is to maintain animal health through regular physical exercise, disease prevention, and rehabilitation after injuries.
Experts noted that this project is another testament to the rapid growth of China's pet industry, which is already valued at tens of billions of dollars.
