The Azerbaijan national team secured a victory in the third round match of the group stage of the World Cup in futsal, which is taking place in Baku.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, Elshad Guliyev's team defeated Mauritania with a score of 2:0 at the National Gymnastics Arena.

This victory secured the Azerbaijani team's advancement to the next round of the tournament.

The World Cup will conclude on June 1.
