Traffic will be partially restricted on several streets in Baku

Due to works that will be carried out in the area of the "Azneft" circle, on September 2 from 23:00, traffic will be partially restricted on several streets of Baku.

This was reported by the Baku City Circuit Operating Company.

According to the information, no restrictions are planned in the direction of Bayil settlement and the city center.

The restrictions are related to preparations for the 2025 Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix supported by Qatar Airways, which will take place on September 19-21. As part of the preparations, installation and infrastructure works are being carried out on the central streets and avenues of Baku. Restrictions will be introduced in stages, and on the eve of the race, changes will affect other streets and avenues of the city.

Drivers and pedestrians are asked to use alternative routes.
