In Baku, the heavy rain that began at night led to a number of consequences.
Due to the downpour, the Bagirov Bridge was flooded. Forces from the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) arrived at the scene. The ministry's personnel are pumping water from flooded areas and implementing other appropriate safety measures.
