Snow expected in Baku tomorrow - WARNING

On February 9, intermittent precipitation is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, with snow and wet snow possible in some areas. The northwestern wind will be gusty but gradually weaken during the day.

According to Baku.ws, citing the National Hydrometeorological Service of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the air temperature in the capital and Absheron will range from -1 to +1 degrees at night, rising to +1...+3 degrees during the day.

Atmospheric pressure will be 772 mm Hg, with relative humidity at 65-75%.

In several regions of Azerbaijan, intermittent rain is forecasted, with snow in mountainous and foothill areas. Fog is possible in some places, with moderate eastern wind.

Night temperatures are expected to range from -2 to +3 degrees, with daytime temperatures at +3...+7 degrees. In the mountains, nighttime temperatures may drop to -8...-13 degrees, in high mountain areas to -15...-20, with daytime temperatures expected at -3...-8 degrees below zero.

Ice may form on some mountain road sections during the night and morning.
