Shocking footage in a Baku clinic: doctor put on a show right in the operating room

A new scandal has erupted in Azerbaijan after the publication of unacceptable footage from an operating room in one of the clinics.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the circulated video footage shows a doctor who during plastic surgery began playing first with a napkin, and then with metal instruments.

The shocking footage was published on social media by journalist Parvin Abysheva.

She claims that the doctor captured in the video previously worked as a hairdresser.

Regarding the incident, the editorial office of BAKU.WS sent a request to the Association for Management of Medical Territorial Units (TƏBIB).

In response to the request from BAKU.WS, TƏBIB representatives stated that this operation was not performed in medical institutions under their authority.
