A "Bakıkart" payment terminal creating serious inconveniences for users was found on Azadlyg Avenue in Baku.
As reported by BAKU.WS, video footage of the problematic machine was published on social media.
As noted, the terminal requires coins from users for payment, however, the slot for accepting them turned out to be blocked. As a result, none of the city residents can use this payment device to top up their cards.
