In Baku, they began demolishing a residential building with people inside: two families refused to vacate

Demolition of a residential building has begun on Garib Babayev Street in the Narimanov district of Baku, despite the fact that some residents have not yet left.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Xəzər TV, more than 80 families have already been evicted from the building, however two apartments still remain occupied.

The Executive Authority of the Narimanov district announced that a park is planned to be built on the site of the demolished building.

It was also announced that negotiations with residents who are dissatisfied with the amount of compensation will take place this week.
